  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Customers will be contacted in case of any delays or verification issues.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Pakistan.

  • International shipping availability depends on the product and supplier (if applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3–7 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on:

    • Customer location

    • Courier service delays

    • Weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is on our side.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in selected areas of Pakistan.

  • Customers must pay the exact amount at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in account restriction.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or video evidence

Such cases are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Courier Service

  • Orders are shipped through third-party courier companies.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, The MJ’s is not responsible for courier delays or mishandling.
